Program Summary Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is an outcome-driven prevention/intervention program for youth who have demonstrated the entire range of maladaptive, acting out behaviors and related syndromes.     Lewis County residents will have an opportunity to recycle scrap metal, appliances, and passenger and light truck tires at a Community Recycle Event in Randle from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 13 at the intersection of U.S. Forest Service Road 47 and Silverbrook Road, next to Mount Adams Riding Club entrance. This event is being offered on a first-come, first-served basis. When the containers are full, they will be closed.     Lewis County residents may recycle up to 12 tires per household for free today at the Packwood Community Hall. Tires can be passenger or light truck tires, on or off the rim, or semi-truck tires off the rim. The event will not be able to accept any other type of tire.
