  5. 2016 Budget Informational Meeting and Public Hearing

    The Lewis County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public meeting on Monday, November 16, at 5:30 p.m. to present information on the 2016 Lewis County Budget. The informational meeting will be held in the Commissioner Hearing Room on the 2nd floor of the Lewis County Historic Courthouse.   6. Lewis County Comprehensive Plan update public meeting

    Lewis County is required by the state to updated the Comprehensive Plan starting in 2023 and finishing in 2025. The official kick-off will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday Sept. 26 with a joint session between the Lewis County Commissioners and Planning Commission to establish the scope of work. The public is invited to attend the meeting at the historic Lewis County Courthouse in Chehalis.

    In partnership with the Washington State Attorney General's Office, this course is provided for commissioners and board members to help meet an important training requirement of the Open Government Trainings Act.
