Packwood Subarea Plan
A subarea plan is a road map that guides how a specific geography, like Packwood, will grow and develop over the next 20 years. The plan states a vision, goals, and policies for the area. The plan gets adopted as part of the Lewis County Comprehensive Plan and is used to determine updates to zoning maps and development regulations, as well as capital facilities plans for infrastructure like sewer or water. Last day to apply for 2013 Senior/Disability Exemption
December 31, 2012, is the last day to apply for a Senior/Disability Exemption for the 2013 tax year. Please contact the Lewis County Assessor's office at (360) 740-1392 or in person at 351 NW North St, Chehalis, on the 2nd floor of the Historical Courthouse. Information can be found on the requirements for qualification in the Washington State Department of Revenue's Publication Property Tax Exemption for Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons.
