    In partnership with the Washington State Attorney General's Office, this course is provided for commissioners and board members to help meet an important training requirement of the Open Government Trainings Act.     In some cases, blood will be sent to a toxicology laboratory for testing to determine what substances may be in the decedent's system and what those levels are.This testing can take 4-6 weeks to come back at which point the results are sent to the assigned Forensic Pathologist who will use the results to make the final determination of cause and manner of the death.     Alliaria petiolata Garlic Mustard - A biennial to short-lived perennial plant. Plant smells of garlic and can grow to around 3 feet in height.Leaves: Basal leaves have rounded tips and are kidney shaped. Upper leaves are alternate and triangular in shape.
