In some cases, blood will be sent to a toxicology laboratory for testing to determine what substances may be in the decedent's system and what those levels are.This testing can take 4-6 weeks to come back at which point the results are sent to the assigned Forensic Pathologist who will use the results to make the final determination of cause and manner of the death. Lodging Tax Advisory Committee
The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) will meet beginning at 8 a.m. The first 30 minutes of the meeting will be an overview of the presentation process as well as a review of committee expectations.The applicants for 2026 funding will give their presentations beginning at 8:30 a.m.Applicants will be allowed time for a 5-minute presentation, followed by a 9-minute question-and-answer period.
