1. Disposal District meeting canceled today; rescheduled to Feb. 17

    The regularly scheduled Lewis County Solid Waste Disposal District No. 1 Commission Meeting on the fourth Monday of each month has been canceled, and rescheduled to Feb. 17 at 11 a.m. It will take place in the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners Hearing Room on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse, 351 NW North St., Chehalis, WA 98532.

  2. Sensitive document shredding offered in Morton at Repair & Sustainability Fair

    Residents may bring up to 3 bags or boxes or sensitive documents they would like to have shredded. There is no charge for this service. The shredded paper will be recycled at a paper recycling facility. The event will be offered from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. as part of the Repair & Sustainability Fair at Centralia College East, 701 Airport Way, Morton.

There is no charge for this service. The shredded paper will be hauled to a paper recycling facility for processing.
