    Empty Pesticide Container Recycling Event: October 1 & 2, 2018 A recycling event to accept empty pesticide containers will be held October 1 & 2, 2018 from 9AM to 12PM at the Lewis County Solid Waste Services, Central Transfer Station. The Central Transfer Station is located at 1411 South Tower Avenue, in Centralia, WA. The event will accept only empty pesticide containers (jugs, buckets & drums) that are cleaned, triple rinsed with labels and caps removed (no metal or rubber linings). Plants can either be upright or arched at the base before spreading upwards.Leaves: Leaves alternate and are more prominent towards the top of the shoots.     Alliaria petiolata Garlic Mustard - A biennial to short-lived perennial plant. Plant smells of garlic and can grow to around 3 feet in height.Leaves: Basal leaves have rounded tips and are kidney shaped. Upper leaves are alternate and triangular in shape.
