    The LEOFF Disability Board was created pursuant to RCW 41.26.110 to establish uniform methods of procedure for the conduct of the business as established by state law. It is comprised of five members, one representing the legislative body of the county; one representing the legislative body of the cities and towns, one representing fire fighters, one representing law enforcement officers, and one member at large who is selected by the other board members.     WSU Lewis County Master Recycler Composter volunteers are hosting a Basic Home Composting Workshop at Centralia College East in Morton as part of the Repair & Sustainability Fair at 11 a.m. on March 22. Learn how to convert organic materials from your yard, garden, and kitchen into nutrient rich compost to improve your soil, promote healthy plants, and reduce pesky pests! Participants who are interested can enter their names into a drawing for a free compost bin. This event is free to the public. Support for this workshop is provided in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology.

Tower Ave., Centralia, today from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. These are the limits for each household each day that the Hazo Hut is open. This time is reserved for residential customers only.
