Visit Centralia College's Earth Day Resource Fair
Lewis County Solid Waste Utility staff and volunteers will participate in an Earth Day Resource Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today in the lobby of the TransAlta Commons at Centralia College. Curbside Organics Pick Up
LeMay Inc. offers a curbside organics pickup service in Lewis County from the Town of Pe Ell to the City of Morton and it's Urban Growth Area. Connecting Neighbors for Earth Month Bonus Event: Chipping Event
Chipping Event10 a.m.-3 p.m. Floral Park Sustainability Project, 104 E. Floral St., Centralia, WA 98531WSU Lewis Co. MRC Volunteers host a chipping event. Residents are invited to bring branches smaller than 8-inches in diameter for chipping. A contractor will chip the branches and volunteers will spread chips on Floral Park trails.

Transfer stations closed for Christmas Day!
Lewis County transfer stations in Centralia and Morton are closed on Thursday, December 25 for the Christmas Day Holiday. Transfer stations will resume their regular hours on Friday, Dec. 26. Centralia is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In-bound gates in Centralia close 15 minutes prior to facility closure.; Morton is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
