CHEHALIS – A contractor has been selected to begin roadside construction on the Winlock broadband expansion project. Tower Ave., Centralia, is open today from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to accept unwanted household chemicals, up to 10 burned out fluorescent lights and up to 5 gallons of used motor oil or antifreeze.
