  2. Fee Schedule

    During the 2025 legislative session, the Washington State Legislature passed HB 1858 which increases the recording fee to $301.00 for recording an assignment, substitution, or appointment of trustee.   4. Transfer stations closed for Christmas Day!

    Lewis County transfer stations in Centralia and Morton are closed on Thursday, December 25 for the Christmas Day Holiday. Transfer stations will resume their regular hours on Friday, Dec. 26. Centralia is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In-bound gates in Centralia close 15 minutes prior to facility closure.; Morton is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
