  2. Document shredding available at Randle event today

    The LeMay Mobile Shredding truck will be at the Community Recycle Event at the Lewis County (Kiona) Road Shop, 8911 US Hwy 12, Randle May 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Residents may bring up to 5 bags or boxes or sensitive documents they would like to have shredded. This is a free community service. The shredded paper will be hauled to a paper recycling facility for processing. Funded in part by a Local Solid Waste Financial Assistance Grant from Department of Ecology.

    Lewis County Emergency Management strongly recommends all citizens have a weather radio as part of their emergency preparedness kit. Weather radios are equipped with a special alarm tone feature that can sound an alert and give you immediate information about a life-threatening situation.
