Presidents' Day! Lewis County transfer stations are closed
Lewis County transfer stations in Centralia and Morton are closed all major holidays. They are closed today, Monday, Feb. 16, in observance of Presidents' Day. They will return to regular hours on Tuesday, Feb. 17.

Permit Fees Increasing effective January 1, 2025On November 12, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners approved increases to certification and permit application fees to help balance budgets for the departments of Community Development, Public Works and Public Health & Social Services.The fee increases will go into effect on January 1, 2025. Fee Schedule
During the 2025 legislative session, the Washington State Legislature passed HB 1858 which increases the recording fee to $301.00 for recording an assignment, substitution, or appointment of trustee.
