Holiday Closure for New Year's Day
Lewis County transfer stations in Centralia and Morton are closed on New Year's Day. They will resume their regular hours on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2021. Centralia is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Morton is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In-bound gates at both transfer stations close 15 minutes prior to facility closure.

Today is the last day to drop off Christmas trees for free in Morton
When the holidays are wrapped up, make plans to give your Christmas trees and other holiday items new life: recycle them!Undecorated, live Christmas trees will be accepted for free at the Morton Transfer Station, 6745 US Highway 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday from Dec. 26 through Jan. 11.
