    Residents can drop off their Christmas trees and burned out holiday lights starting today, Saturday and Sunday of this week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the parking lot outside the Centralia transfer station at 1411 S.   4. Special Meeting of the Lewis County Solid Waste Advisory Committee (virtual only)

    The Lewis County Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC) will host a special meeting at 1:00 p.m. Jan. 10 to receive an overview of the Lewis County Solid & Hazardous Waste Management Plan draft update. A consulting firm, Herrera Environmental, has been working with the SWAC and County staff to update the document. After the overview, and a question-and-answer session, SWAC members will consider whether to recommend the draft document be approved and forwarded to the Department of Ecology for its initial informal review process.
