Earth Day 2022: Sensitive Document Shredding & Styrofoam Recycling!
*Sensitive Document Shredding: Residential customers may bring up to three bags or boxes of documents they would like shredded, and then recycled. This event will take place in the parking lot before you enter the Lewis County Central Transfer Station in Centralia. The LeMay Mobile Shredding truck will be on-site from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.Styrofoam Recycling: Recycle block Styrofoam or food-service Styrofoam. Tools, Treasures & Treats!
Plan to attend Tools, Treasures & Treats, the Master Recycler Composters of Lewis County's first tool and bake sale to raise money to support the new MRC Tool Bucket Library. The two-day event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 10 and 11 at the Floral Park Sustainability Park, 103 E. Floral St., Centralia. Napavine Sensitive Document Shredding Event
Lewis County residents will have an opportunity to bring sensitive documents they would like shredded, and then recycled, to Napavine City Hall, 407 SW Birch St., from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 16. Residents may bring up to three bags or boxes they would like shredded. Customers will empty the contents of the bags or boxes into a container that will be tipped into a truck that will shred the documents on the spot.
