Our team promotes healthy living, prevents disease and injury, and helps people get the services they need to stay healthy. We also provide education, services, and referrals to individuals, families, and at- risk populations within Lewis County, and collaborate with individuals, medical providers, policymakers and organizations to develop and maintain strategies for addressing public health issues. MRC Tool Bucket Library Open House
The Master Recycler Composters of Lewis County have officially opened the MRC Tool Bucket Library and the Floral Park Sustainability Park. They are inviting the public to an open house from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 22 at Floral Park Sustainability Project, 103 E. Floral St., Centralia, to learn about both community programs. The tool library is just like a book library, but it offers tools for checkout. Community Recycle Event in the Winlock-Vader area
This event will be held at the Old Winlock Drop Box, 1105 Winlock-Vader Road, Winlock, WA 98596Household Hazardous Waste Event: Residential customers may drop off unwanted or left-over household cleaners, lawn, garden, pool chemicals, other household chemicals. Please be prepared to leave your containers at the event. Workers don't have a place to empty them, and return them.
