    The WSU Lewis County Master Recycler Composter volunteers, the Lewis County Solid Waste Utility, the Centralia Clean Team, Department of Ecology's Use Food Wisely Program and E-Cycle Washington Program will be in the TransAlta Commons at Centralia College from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 18.
