  8. Lewis County transfer stations are closed for Thanksgiving Day

    Lewis County transfer stations in Centralia and Morton are closed on November 25 for the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. They will resume their regular hours on Friday, November 26. Centralia is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Morton is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In-bound gates at both transfer stations close 15 minutes prior to facility closure.

  9. Satellite Household Hazardous Waste Collection October Event in Morton

    Lewis County offers satellite household hazardous waste collection events at the East Lewis County Transfer Station in Morton, 6745 U.S. Hwy 12, Morton, quarterly. This is the last satellite collection event in 2021. Stay tuned for the 2022 schedule. Collection hours on event day are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Click on the Hazo Hut page for more information.
