Transcript Requests - List Updated 3/2026
Lewis County Superior Court utilizes audio/video recordings and Official Court Reporters. If a court reporter is present in the courtroom, there is no audio/video recording and a request for transcript must be made to court reporter. Daphne laureola Spurge Laurel - An evergreen shrub that gets to be around 1.5 to 5 feet tall. Plants can either be upright or arched at the base before spreading upwards.Leaves: Leaves alternate and are more prominent towards the top of the shoots. They are dark green and shiny on the top with lighter undersides. Leaves are oval in shape and about 0.8-5.1 inches long.Flowers: Flowers bloom from March through June. Alliaria petiolata Garlic Mustard - A biennial to short-lived perennial plant. Plant smells of garlic and can grow to around 3 feet in height.Leaves: Basal leaves have rounded tips and are kidney shaped. Upper leaves are alternate and triangular in shape. Both types of leaves have leaf stems and are coarsely toothed. New leaves smell the most of garlic.Flowers: Flowers bloom from April-June. Flowers have 4 petals, 4 sepals, and 6 stamens. Meet Arny Davis - Lewis County Treasurer Arny Davis was elected as Lewis County Treasurer and assumed office in January of 2015. He is the 28th treasurer to serve since 1850. Arny served as Chief Deputy Treasurer for two and a half years prior to becoming Lewis County Treasurer. He chairs the County Finance Committee and oversees a staff of eight at the Treasurer’s office. Fallopia x bohemica, Fallopia japonica, & Fallopia sachalinensis Bohemian knotweed is the hybridization of Giant and Japanese knotweeds. They vary slightly in the size and shapes of their leaves and flowers but otherwise look and behave very similarly.Knotweed - Clumping and spreading perennial hollow zig-zagging stems and long creeping rhizomes.Leaves: Large leaves are alternate, leathery, and oval.
