Eviction Resolution Pilot Program - DRC Certificate
Lewis County’s Amended Standing Order on the Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP), expires June 30, 2023. This coincides with the sun-setting of RCW 59.18.660 related to ERPP. This means that as of July 1, 2023, unlawful detainers may be filed without the necessity of the DRC certificate. We have spoken to the Lewis County Center for Constructive Resolution and Conversation at 360-623-8061, and they are willing to continue providing services to both landlords and tenants with an eye towards keeping people housed and helping landlords get the payments that are due. We encourage you to continue using their services.
