1. Hazo Hut Is Open Today (6/12)

    Residents may drop of household hazardous waste for free from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Lewis County Central Transfer Station, 1411 S. Tower Ave., Centralia. Examples of household hazardous materials that can be dropped off are cleaners, lawn, garden, pool chemicals, and up to 10 burned out fluorescent lights.   2. Lewis County Transfer Stations are Closed on Juneteenth Holiday

    Lewis County Transfer Stations in Centralia and Morton are closed today in observance of the Juneteenth Holiday. This closure includes the Hazo Hut and Administration Office in Centralia. The transfer stations and Administration Office will resume regular hours on Thursday, June 20. The Hazo Hut will again be open on June 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
