    Lewis County is working with cities and communities to offer free recycling events and opportunities to properly dispose of certain materials. Please see the Schedule of Events for 2026 listed below.The events are offered to Lewis County residents only, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.     The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program is administered by Lewis County Public Health & Social Services (PHSS).
