1. Sheriff's Office Offers New Tool for Victims of Lost Property

    The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office has developed a new tool that will, hopefully, aid in helping citizens claim their lost property. Citizens who have lost property in Lewis County can now go to the LCSO website to see if their property has been turned in. The website address is: http://lewiscountywa.gov/sheriff/found-property.   3. Lewis County Transfer Stations are Closed on Juneteenth Holiday

    Lewis County Transfer Stations in Centralia and Morton are closed today in observance of the Juneteenth Holiday. This closure includes the Hazo Hut and Administration Office in Centralia. The transfer stations and Administration Office will resume regular hours on Thursday, June 20. The Hazo Hut will again be open on June 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    The Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) is seeking Lewis County residents interested in participating in the county’s 2026 budget-setting process.
