    During the 2025 legislative session, the Washington State Legislature passed HB 1858 which increases the recording fee to $301.00 for recording an assignment, substitution, or appointment of trustee.     Chehalis residents living within the city limits have a drop off opportunity for yard waste. A resident may purchase a seasonal organics waste permit.
