Odyssey Outage
The Administrative Office of the Courts recently identified unauthorized activity on the Washington Courts network. They have taken immediate action to isolate critical AOC-provided systems and are working to safely restore service.
Please be advised that there will be intermittent impacts to accessibility of the public website and systems in the coming days as we continue to restore services.
Courts are preparing to be without Odyssey Court Management System for the Week of November 4-8, 2024.
At the court level, we do not have access to courts.wa.gov, JIS, JABS or Odyssey. We are unable to run calendars or access any of the systems for scheduling. Please bear with us until we are able to access the system again. Court is still proceeding, however, accessing information is being handled in a different manner. Information I am receiving is that this issue will likely last throughout the week, at the earliest. You will not be able to access Odyssey Portal at this time or access www.courts.wa.gov website.
E-FILING is not being accepted in Lewis County during this system interruption.
We will keep you updated as soon as we have information pertaining to resumption of services from Administrative Office of the Courts.
Updates can also be found on Administrative Office of the Courts' Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AYPcYsWdQ/?mibextid=WC7FNe
Thank you,
