Your Southwest Washington Fair is on through Aug. 20!

The 2023 Southwest Washington Fair runs through Sunday, Aug. 20 at the fairgrounds, 1909 S. Gold St. in Centralia.

The six-day summertime community celebration that you’ve been waiting for is the areas largest and longest running community event.

The Monster Truck Nitro Tour makes a stop at the fair for the first time in 20 years, 1 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19.

12 person box seats are $550, 20 person box seats are $900, and include monster truck AND fair admission.

Grandstand box seat tickets are available by calling the fair office at 360-740-1495.

Other featured events at the fair include:

• The Lewis County Rodeo runs two days, 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 16-17.
• Southwest Washington Fair Wrestling Showdown, 7:00 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18.
• The Demolition Derby is 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20.

Warming temperatures are expected, so cooling stations will be available inside the Community Events building and Expo Hall, and misting stations will be set up throughout the fairgrounds.
