How do I quash my warrant?

Each court handles quashing warrants differently. Contact the court your warrant is issued from for more information.

Who is my attorney?

If you have already screened and been assigned an attorney you should have received the name and phone number to your assigned attorney. If you have lost this information please email public.defense@lewiscountywa.gov for further assistance.

When is my next court date?

Contact your attorney for your next court date or contact the court that your matter is out of. You may also enter your information into Find My Court Date link to obtain the next court date.

How can I get a different Public Defender?

If you are having issues with your assigned attorney and would like a new one assigned, your current assigned attorney must first withdrawal from your case and then a new one can be assigned. This process has to be signed off by the Judge and will need to be addressed at a hearing. Contact your attorney to start this process.

How do I file a complaint against my assigned public defender?
