  3. Lewis County Transfer Stations Closed on July 4

    Lewis County transfer stations in Centralia and Morton will be closed on Monday, July 4, in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. Centralia will re-open on Tuesday, July 5, at 7:30 a.m. and Morton will re-open Tuesday, July 5, at 8:30 a.m. The Lewis County Solid Waste Administration Office will also be closed on July 4. It will resume regular hours on July 5.

  4. Lewis County streamlines permitting for future campgrounds and RV parks

    Carlisle Lake Park in Onalaska. CHEHALIS – The Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has approved amendments to regulations for RV parks and campgrounds in the county. The most significant change streamlines the process for permitting.No longer is a Binding Site Plan necessary for development of new RV parks or campgrounds.
