Video Appearance Links for Infraction Hearings

This page contains links to appear remotely via Webex at mitigation, contested and motion to vacate judgment hearings. You will need to know which judicial officer will be hearing your case so you can choose the appropriate link.

You must contact the court at least two (2) business days in advance of your hearing to verify the judicial officer and to notify the court of your intent to appear via video. Failure to notify the court of your intent to appear via video may result in default judgment being entered as it is not guaranteed Webex will be initiated for every calendar. You may notify the court by calling (360) 740-1203 or completing the form below. If you complete the form, you will receive a response from a clerk. If you do not receive a response by close of the following business day, a technical error may have occurred and you should call the court.

If your matter is set for a contested hearing and you intend to present evidence other than oral testimony, you must be physically present in the courtroom and may not utilize video appearance.

If you choose to appear remotely and would like copies of any documents from your hearing, you may obtain them by coming to Lewis County District Court for a hard copy or completing the request form below to have a copy emailed to you. The form must be completed in its entirety.

If any fines or fees are imposed during your hearing, payment may be made by paying with cash, check or credit card at the courthouse, mailing a check or money order to Lewis County District Court, 345 W. Main St. 3rd Floor, Chehalis, WA 98532, or paying with a card online.
