Wednesday, May 6, 2020 - 3 p.m.

Please see the attached agenda.

Update as of 5 p.m. May 5:

It sounds like things have been sorted out at the state level. As such, there will be no need for the public to use the Sheriff’s Office Training Room to view the commissioners’ May 6, 2020, meetings. Thank you for your patience.

The Lewis County Board of County Commissioners is holding meetings at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, as already noticed on the Lewis County website at https://lewiscountywa.gov/offices/commissioners/agendas-calendar/.

In the event that Gov. Inslee does not extend the provisions of Proclamation 20-28.1, which temporarily amends Open Public Meetings Act requirements, the public will be able to attend this meeting virtually on-site in the Sheriff’s Training Center on the bottom floor of the Law and Justice Center at 345 W. Main Street, Chehalis.

If the provisions of Proclamation 20-28.1 are extended, the meeting room will not be available to the public. Rather, the public will be encouraged to attend the meetings virtually at the following:

ONLINE: Join this meeting via Zoom Meeting at https://zoom.us/j/601433474.

BY PHONE: To attend by phone, call 888-475-4499. The meeting ID is 601 433 474.

The meetings will be available via Zoom regardless of whether the Proclamation is extended.
