Free Yard Waste Drop-Off at transfer stations (5/20)

Drop off yard waste for FREE today at Lewis County Transfer Stations! This event has been extended and now runs through May 20. CUSTOMERS MUST CHECK IN WITH THE SCALE HOUSE TO GET WEIGHED AT EACH SITE. THE WEIGHT OF THIS MATERIAL MUST BE TRACKED!
In Centralia, grass clippings and leaves must be separated from chippable debris, such as branches. The transfer station in Centralia is located at 1411 South Tower Ave. It's hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (gates close at 5:15 p.m.) Mon.-Sat. In Morton, yard waste and wood debris are not separated. The Morton transfer station is located at 6745 US Highway 12. It's open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (gates close at 4:45 p.m.) Mon.-Sat. Noxious weeds ARE NOT accepted and must be disposed of in regular garbage, where regular fees apply. Search for the Noxious Weed List at http://lewiscountywa.gov.
