Continued Public Hearing (Hearing Examiner) - SEE NEW ZOOM LINK FOR ACCESS TO CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

The virtual land use public hearing before the Lewis County Hearing Examiner has been continued to March 18, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., to continue review of an application from Steven & Sarah Johnson to create a nine (9) lot cluster subdivision. The proposed project is located at 2431 SR 508, Onalaska on tax parcel number 032629001002.

During the December 10, 2021 public hearing, the Hearing Examiner required reconfiguration of the proposed lot line layout and continued the public hearing to review the reconfiguration. Additionally, the Community Development has been notified there was a problem with the audio recording of the December 10, 2021 public hearing that was conducted on this project. The proceeding was recorded, but the recording is not audible. The Hearing Examiner was notified of the recording problem and has determined the continued public hearing on March 18, 2022 will allow for additional verbal testimony.

The continued public hearing will review the reconfigured lot line layout and application materials for consistency with Lewis County Code in effect at the time of complete application.
