Developmental Disabilities

Mission Statement

Lewis County is committed to ensuring a service delivery system for all citizens that maximizes individual potential while promoting choices, opportunities, prosperity, and full participation in all aspects of community life.

Programs

Lewis County Developmental Disabilities Program coordinates state and county funding for local agencies providing services that include:

  • Birth to three
  • Employment Services
  • Recreation Program

Eligibility

To be eligible for services contracted by Lewis County Developmental Disabilities Program all participants must be eligible and receiving services from the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). For information on eligibility criteria or to apply for services, contact your local DDD office for an eligibility packet to be sent to your home, call (800) 339-8227.
