Courtroom Procedures
Until Further notice all court hearings will be held at the Superior Court located at 345 W Main St, Chehalis, WA 98532.
Before Entering The Courtroom
- Please leave all non-essential items at home or in your vehicle before entry.
- Check in at the front counter.
- No food, drink or gum in the courtroom.
- Turn off cell phones and pagers.
- Remove any hat or non-prescription sunglasses.
- Wear clean, appropriate clothing. Pajamas and baggy clothing are inappropriate.
In The Courtroom
- Stand when the judge enters the courtroom.
- Do not have side discussions with others while waiting your turn.
- Be respectful when addressing the court.
- Always answer verbally when spoken to.
