Criminal Payments

Legal Financial Obligations (LFO)

The Lewis County Clerk's Office is responsible for accepting legal financial obligation payments from adults convicted of criminal charges in Lewis County Superior Court. Juvenile defendants convicted in Lewis County Juvenile Court also submit payments to the Clerk's Office.

Lewis County District Court handles traffic and most misdemeanor charges. District Court does not accept on-line credit or debit card payments. You must contact their office if you decide to make a credit/debit card payment. They can be reached at: 360-740-1203.

Any payments received that are not for Superior Court or Juvenile Court will be rejected.

Payment methods available for adult LFOs and juvenile fines:

  1. Online
    Online payments may be made using a credit/debit card or an electronic check. Services are provided by Point & Pay, Inc. for a fee of 2.95% ($2.00 minimum).

    Payments may be made by phone using credit/debit cards. Services are provided by Point & Pay, Inc. for a fee of 2.95% ($2.00 minimum). Please have your case number ready and call: 1-866-923-6534.
  3. By Mail
    Money orders and checks may be mailed to:

  4. In Person
    Fine payments may be made in person at the Clerk's Office using cash, check, money order, or credit/debit cards. Credit/debit card services are provided by Point & Pay, Inc. A convenience fee of 2.95% ($2.00 minimum) is charged for each Point & Pay transaction.
