- E911 (Enhanced 911) Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for All 911 Calls Placed in Lewis County
- Consolidated Dispatch Center for All Police, Fire & Emergency Medical Aid Calls in Lewis County
- Handle Calls for:
- 10 Law Enforcement Agencies (Including the Sheriff’s Office)
- 20 Fire Departments
- 1 Private Ambulance Company
- Other Agencies Whose Traffic is Monitored at the Center
Staff
- 21 employees who have earned their Telecommunicator I and II State Certification. Employees will be trained in Emergency Medical Dispatch by the end of 2000 to better serve the citizens and medical aid responders of Lewis County.

In 2002, the Center Dispatched over 53,000 calls. These included:
- 7,667 Fire and Aid calls
- 25,042 Law related calls for Centralia and Chehalis Police Departments
- 19,607 Law related calls for the Sheriff's Office and 7 smaller municipal police departments in Lewis County
